> Directed experiential campaign strategy and execution, including production of 2 tech job fairs in 2 major cities (Los Angeles, Seattle), a start-up pitch competition and a hackathon. Events were produced in partnership with Comparably, Annenberg Foundation, Mayor Garcetti & Mayor Durkan. Seattle had 100 exhibitors and 3000 attendees, Los Angeles had over 250 exhibitors, and 10,000 attendees.
> Developed sales strategy that contributed to exhibitor sales increase from 75 to 200 in under 2 months, successfully targeting companies like SpaceX, Disney, Nike, Zip Recruiter, GOAT, YouTube, Lyft, Snap, Tinder, Headspace, and Ticketmaster etc.
> Led team to expand event from LA to Seattle market in less than 2.5 months. Delivered target ROI to multiple high-level stakeholders including: Comparably, Annenberg Foundation, LA Mayor Eric Garcetti and Seattle Mayor Durkan.
> Implemented new production and logistics strategies that resolved previous event issues as new team leader (less than 1 month).
