Overview:
Led engagement, storytelling, and marketing strategy for Summit’s evolving membership platform—strengthening identity, deepening participation, and expanding community touchpoints across digital and experiential channels.

Strategy & Approach:
Partnered closely with leadership to define and articulate a distinct identity for Summit Membership—shaping positioning, audience strategy, and narrative across channels.

Focused on building a more connected and participatory ecosystem—leveraging content, programming, and communication to increase engagement and retention across a global member base.

Execution:
Developed and executed integrated engagement strategies across social, email, live experiences, and community platforms—including activation of the Summit One app and member WhatsApp groups.

Led cross-functional collaboration across marketing, product, and events teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and consistent member experience across all touchpoints.

Supported strategic partnerships and brand integrations—amplifying collaborators such as MUD\WTR, Aero, Function Health, Muse, Seed, and Plunge through aligned programming and communications.

Results:
> 20% increase in active member engagement within 4 months
