Overview:
Concepted, built, and led RESON8—a multi-day arts, music, and wellness festival designed to raise funds and awareness for international clean water initiatives.
Oversaw the project end-to-end, from brand strategy and campaign development to programming, partnerships, production, and on-site experience.
Strategy & Approach:
Conducted market and audience research to position the festival at the intersection of art, wellness, and social impact—creating a culturally relevant experience that could both engage audiences and drive fundraising outcomes.
Developed an integrated campaign strategy spanning digital, social, partnerships, and experiential touchpoints—designed to convert community engagement into participation and financial support.
Execution:
Led all aspects of production and marketing, including brand identity, creative direction, campaign rollout, programming curation, and on-site operations.
Built and managed partnerships with aligned brands and sponsors—including Tito’s Vodka, Harmless Harvest, and GT’s Kombucha—to expand reach, enhance credibility, and support activation.
Directed cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver a cohesive, high-quality event experience across multiple days and formats.
Programming & Experience:
Curated a full spectrum of programming across music, art, and wellness—including leading yoga and meditation sessions, facilitating community experiences, and serving as a central on-site host and MC.
Designed the attendee journey to foster connection, participation, and alignment with the foundation’s mission.
