Overview:
Partnered with leadership to reposition and expand an arts and wellness brand—evolving it from a niche wellness offering into a broader cultural platform spanning nightlife, music, and creative community experiences.

Strategy & Approach:
Worked closely with the CEO to redefine audience and brand positioning—broadening appeal beyond a wellness-centric demographic to engage new audiences across art, music, and nightlife.

Developed an integrated marketing and growth strategy designed to drive ticket sales, increase visibility, and establish Bender as a scalable experiential brand.

Execution:
Led end-to-end production and marketing execution for events ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale festivals, including the brand’s first expanded program and arts & wellness festival at ROW DTLA.

Managed all communications, vendor coordination, run-of-show, budget administration, rehearsals, and on-site production—ensuring seamless execution across all event formats.

Oversaw influencer, creator, and press outreach—driving promotional campaigns that increased visibility and accelerated audience growth.

Operations & Growth:
Directed ongoing event operations across 2–4 monthly activations—managing staff, volunteers, sponsors, and venue relationships.

Developed and implemented new community growth and promotions strategies—optimizing team structure to reduce staffing costs while increasing ticket sales and operational efficiency.

Results:
> Sold out first expanded program event and flagship arts & wellness festival at ROW DTLA
> Sold out a 2,000-person festival within 6 months through targeted marketing and partnerships
> Successfully expanded audience beyond wellness into broader cultural and nightlife demographics
> Increased ticket sales while reducing staffing costs through improved operational strategy
